Our experience in building vacation villas in Phuket has demonstrated that we are not only skilled in constructing quality homes (Aelita Villas), but also effective in managing clients' real estate properties. Currently, we are looking to transform our familiar project concept from vacation retreats to long-term family residences. Our plan involves constructing a boutique community of 9 villas designed for families with children, situated conveniently close to the needs of such families. As parents ourselves, we have a deep understanding of these families' needs, including safety, functional living spaces, and children's logistics. We are confident in addressing these needs harmoniously.

Situated near international schools (BIS - 3 minutes, KIS - 15-20 minutes, HeadStart - 25-30 minutes), supermarkets, hospitals (10-15 minutes), children's activities (Blue Tree and Andamanda Aquapark - 15 minutes), football and tennis courts (3 to 10 minutes), and Bangtao beaches (25 minutes), Canopy Hills offers an ideal location for families with children attending international schools. The functionality of our villas is meticulously designed, taking into account the requirements of a family lifestyle.

Beyond the convenient location for school-going children and the well-thought-out functionality of the villas, the most important factor of our project is the view. While spending limited time at the villa during a vacation – often at the beach, restaurants, and other island locations – when you are living in one place for an extended period, you desire an atmosphere that allows you to enjoy Phuket's extraordinary nature without sacrificing daily responsibilities and family duties. Our family villas provide the opportunity to savor sunsets, mountains, and picturesque valley views. Some villas even boast glimpses of the sea and Yamu Cape.

We are fully aware that building on slopes is more complex and costly; we could have chosen a flat location for the project. Nonetheless, we couldn't resist the allure of having Phuket's nature as part of your home's scenery, visible from your windows or poolside.

Another distinctive feature of our project is the plot sizes, ranging from 700 to 1100 square meters. Again, this is aligned with the purpose of accommodating family long-term living – a family needs not only a spacious home but also an area for outdoor relaxation.

We believe that Canopy Hills will become the premier family-oriented project in Phuket, seamlessly combining modern architecture and functionality, convenient location, and breathtaking views. It will be a haven of family harmony.
